Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing clinic in Windermere, Southwest Edmonton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality massage therapy treatments, develop individualized treatment plans, and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

This position offers flexible scheduling, full administrative support, and the opportunity to build a strong and loyal client base within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on clients’ needs and health goals.
Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate treatment records.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Educate clients on self-care, stretching, posture, and wellness strategies.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with association guidelines.
Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and prepared for client appointments.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide an excellent client experience.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all privacy regulations.
Complete treatment notes and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a recognized Massage Therapy program

• Member in good standing with a recognized professional association

• Professional liability insurance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing exceptional client care

• Ability to work independently and professionally

Compensation Rate / Hours

$60/40 Comission / Part-time, Full-time
