ACMT Student Clinic Rates
- 60 Minutes: $39 – (online and in person booking)
- 60 Minutes: $45 – (over the phone booking)
- 60 Minutes: $35 – (walk-in booking)
To enhance your experience and support our students’ growth, we are updating our appointment structure starting January 2nd, 2025.
- All appointments will now be 75 minutes, allowing students sufficient time for intake, assessments, and home care recommendations while ensuring at least 60 minutes of hands-on treatment—and sometimes more, depending on the student’s pace.
- If you prefer a 60-minute session, treatment time will be limited to 50 minutes to accommodate intake and assessments. Please let your student therapist know.
Please note that the cost of treatment is not changing.
Please Note:
- Third party insurance does not cover treatment cost.
- As your massage treatment is being done by a student, please be aware that our students are still in the process of learning. Student supervisors may enter the room during your massage to observe and advise on massage techniques.
- If you are covered under MPI or WCB a student therapist cannot treat/massage you.
- All of our appointments are 60 minutes long and include Client Consent, Case History, Assessment and Home Care. If it’s your first appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
- We do not accept cash for the Massage treatments. Payments can be made in person with a debit or credit card.
- Please note, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no show to an appointment will incur a charge of $20 to the credit card saved on file after your first visit. ACMT Student Clinic is a learning environment and no-shows/cancellations impair the student’s opportunity to gain valuable practical experience.
COVID-19 Protocols: Masks are no longer required in ACMT Student Clinics. We ask that everyone respect the comfort of those with whom they are closely working. If another student, faculty, or client requests that a mask be worn during treatment, we will ask for the participants to comply. With these intentions, everyone should continue to have a face-covering available while visiting.
Cancellation Policy Update: ACMT will be implementing a charge for appointment cancellations/no-shows with less than 24-hours’ notice. If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they may do so by calling the ACMT office or rescheduling their appointment online through their Jane App account. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, or the client doesn’t show up for their appointment, $20 will be charged to the credit card on file. The ACMT Student Clinic is a learning environment and no-shows/cancellations represent a missed opportunity for students to gain practical experience. Thank you for your cooperation.
