Richard Sefcik, General Manager
As the General Manager, Richard manages the day-to-day operations of the company working closely with the Principal and Executive Director, Student Services and Marketing/PR. Richard has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and is continuing his education with an MBA (in progress). He has a deep analytics and strategy background that allows him to identify gaps and look for new opportunities for ACMT.

madisonMadison Coulson, Admissions Officer
As the second-year Admissions Officer, Madison facilitates students throughout their enrollment in our program. She also assists both first- and second-year students with their student finances. Madison completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University. Her passion to help others and share knowledge makes her a great resource for supporting students! Outside of work, Madison enjoys reading novels, spending time with family and friends, and doing anything sports related.

Kacia Mullings, Admissions Officer
As an Admissions Officer, Kacia oversees students with the enrollment process from their initial inquiry about the program to their last day of class. Kacia is currently enrolled in the SMP program. Her positive and warm attitude enhances the student’s experience. With over 10 years of sales, recruiting and placement experience she has been able to achieve world class customer service, excel in relationship management, and drive success. Kacia has a passion and love for people and her greatest satisfaction is the success of others.

Mary Jarvina, Admissions Officer
As the second year Admissions Officer, Mary oversees the enrollment process from initial inquiry to graduation. Mary’s natural strengths are creating, organizing and management of student files and documentation. Mary is a confident, personable and knowledgeable leader to help you along the way!

Rebecca Villeneuve, Clinic Manager
The Clinic Manager oversees all aspects of ACMT student clinics, remote supervised practicums and student therapist support, and upholds ACMT professional and educational standards while engaging new markets to increase client traffic in all student clinic locations. Rebecca is an ACMT alumni making her relatable to the students, with an eye for the massage industry. Rebecca is driven and friendly always ready to answer your questions.

Claire MacKenzie, Marketing and Communications Manager
Claire grew up in Calgary but moved to Edmonton to complete her Marketing Degree at the University of Alberta. Claire then studied Event Management through Mount Royal University and worked as an Event Coordinator before deciding to study Visual Design at NAIT. Claire manages ACMT social media, marketing and communications. Outside of work, Claire enjoys traveling and various sports – swimming, hiking, and anything outdoors.

Anna Steen, Special Events and PR Manager
Anna has always been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and experiencing a mind/body/spirit connection. Before deciding to go back to school and follow her dream of becoming a Massage therapist Anna was Managing one of the biggest fitness clubs in the country and teaching group fitness glasses. Anna is an ACMT alumni, alongside her current role at the college she is a practicing RMT in downtown Edmonton and teaches group fitness classes. As the Special Events and PR Manager for ACMT she travels around Alberta working with ACMT students at trade shows and hosts Open Houses at the different campuses. One of her favorite parts about her role is “getting to meet all the future RMT’s and hearing their stories about what inspired them to become a Massage therapist.” You can read all about Anna’s Story here!

Rhonda Elko, External Practicum Officer and Student Clinic Supervisor
Rhonda has been a Clinic Supervisor at the Edmonton Downtown Campus since January of 2017 and has recently taken on the role of External Practicum Officer. After graduating from MacEwan’s 2200hr Massage Therapy program in 2001, Rhonda worked at clinics in Manning, Vegreville and Edmonton.  She has been certified in Craniosacral Therapy, Psycho-energetic Art Therapy, Intuitive and Energetic Development, Acupressure, Essential Oil Therapy, and as a Medicinal Cannabis Therapist.   Rhonda’s passion is in sharing all the knowledge and expertise she can with the students by finding practical ways, which are unique to each student, that help propel them forward in becoming the Massage Therapist they want to become.
