Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames

• Practical knowledge of proper draping techniques when applicable

• Greet each guest warmly and provide a courteous good-bye

• Handle guest complaints by following Achieve Wellness Spa procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction

• Set-up treatment rooms at the beginning of each shift with all needed supplies and equipment

• Perform daily routine of breakdown of treatment rooms

• Assist in the locker and/or waiting area and laundry room as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of treatment room, Prep room and Spa

• Attend all required meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Registered Massage Therapist – 2200 hour

Must-haves

• Intermediate level math skills
