We’re growing, and we’re looking for a grounded, caring, and enthusiastic RMT to bring fresh energy to our team.

About Us:

Responsibilities:

– Provide effective and professional massage therapy treatments tailored to clients individual needs and goals.
– Conduct thorough client consultations, including health history review and informed consent.
– Assess client concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.
– Deliver a variety of massage modalities (e.g., therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, etc.) within scope of practice.
– Educate clients on home care, stretching, posture, and other self-management strategies.
– Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and SOAP notes.
– Ensure treatment areas are clean, stocked, and prepared between appointments.
– Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management.
– Adhere to provincial regulations and standards of practice (e.g., MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA, CRMTA).

Qualifications:

– You’re passionate about helping people feel and function at their best.
– You bring a warm, intuitive, and professional presence to your work.
– You’re based in Canmore or surrounding areas (Banff, Harvie Heights, Dead Mans Flats, etc.), (or plan to relocate soon). Preference given to Bow Valley candidates.
– You’ve completed a 2200 hour accredited massage therapy program.
– You’re registered with an Alberta-recognized massage association (MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA, CRMTA) or eligible for registration.
– We welcome new graduates! You’ll find a supportive space to apply your skills, contribute fresh ideas, and learn from experienced peers.
